How soon can you start?

We usually get back to you within 24–48 hours of receiving your request form; the initial assessment meeting is free.

How does pricing work?

We offer a fixed-price package for corporate websites. For internal business systems and mobile apps, we prepare a project-based quote once the scope is clear.

Do you provide support after delivery?

Yes. Every project comes with post-launch maintenance, updates and support.

Can you integrate with our existing systems (Excel, legacy software)?

Yes. We migrate your existing data without loss and plan integration with the tools you already use as part of the project. In the Şahika Group transition, years of Excel records and account ledgers were moved to the new system without losing a single row.

Do you set up an internal system all at once?

No, we build it in stages. A core module goes live first for the most urgent process; the system then grows module by module with real needs from the field. The Şahika Group system started with shipping and quotes; today it runs the entire company with 18 module groups.

Where is our data stored, and who owns it?

Your data belongs to you and is stored on enterprise cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud). Who can access what is defined by roles and permissions, and every action is logged. We explain the details openly on our Data Security page.

Do you handle e-Invoice and e-Waybill integration?

Yes. We run e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Waybill flows (Turkish GİB e-transformation) from inside the system; automatic parsing of incoming documents and GİB taxpayer lookups are also included.

Will our team adapt to the new system?

Teams are trained at the screen at every stage of the transition. Everyone sees only the screens that belong to their own job, which makes learning easier. Field teams log in from their phones; the office works from a browser.

Which technologies do you use?

Depending on the project’s needs, we work with iOS/Swift, React and Next.js, Firebase, Cloud SQL and Python-based solutions.
