Acceptance of the terms

These terms of use cover the following apps published by Leranis Teknoloji:

By downloading the app and starting to use it, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, we kindly ask you not to use the app.

Account and use

Some features of the app require an account. You can create your account with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for the actions carried out through it.

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. We recommend that you do not share your account with others; we are not responsible for issues arising from account sharing.

Subscription and payment

Some features of the app require a paid premium subscription. Subscriptions are offered asautomatically renewing subscriptions.

• The price, the subscription period and any free trial period are stated clearly on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge is collected within the 24 hours preceding the end of the current period.
• If a free trial period is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts as a paid one.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Payment transactions are handled entirely through Apple and Google infrastructure. Your card details and payment information never reach us; all we hold is whether the subscription is active.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is not done in the app but from your store account settings:

• iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Once you cancel, you continue to use premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for; the subscription is not renewed at the end of that period. Refund requests are subject to Apple's and Google's own refund policies and must be submitted directly to the relevant store; the decision is not ours to make.

Content and intellectual property

All content, images, texts, software and design in the app belong to or are licensed by Leranis Teknoloji. You may not copy, distribute, use commercially or create derivative works from this content.

The personal records you create inside the app (such as your progress or habit data) belong to you. When you delete your account, this data is deleted.

Unacceptable use

In using the app, you agree not to do the following:

• Attempt to circumvent the app's security measures or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reverse engineer the app or attempt to obtain its source code
• Place excessive load on the system with automated tools or disrupt the service
• Cheat in order to gain an unfair advantage in the ranking and league systems
• Harass other users or share unlawful content

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the app without interruption or error; however, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted under all circumstances. Temporary outages may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

The educational and informational content in the app is for general information purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Suspension and termination

If we detect use that breaches these terms, we may suspend or close your account after a warning, or directly in the event of a serious breach. You may also end your use at any time by deleting your account —account deletion steps.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction over disputes. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved and your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is not affected.
