Social Media Automation
From content planning to automatic publishing: our SocialFlow panel.
In development
01 — Context
Several brand accounts are being managed: Leranis, Leranis General Knowledge and client projects. Content ideas live in note apps, posting times in alarms, and which channel gets what in someone’s memory. Every post is made by hand; without a plan, the content that gets produced sits waiting instead of going live.
02 — Problem
Content is scattered.
Posting by hand.
No calendar.
03 — Approach
Our approach for Social Media Automation
We built the panel to mirror the publishing flow itself: a post is created through a three-step wizard — platform and content type, content, scheduling. The preview on the right shows how the post will look on Instagram as you write it.
Planning lives on the calendar: scheduled, published, draft and failed states are tracked in a month view with colour codes. The channel layer is built on the official APIs; platform limits and requirements are listed explicitly in the panel.
“Today the panel plans; in the next step it will publish on its own.”
04 — Solution
The solution we built
The layer running today: a dashboard with status cards, a month-view content calendar, a three-step post wizard with live preview, and channel management. Instagram, Facebook and X are connected through the official APIs; TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube are on the roadmap.
The layer in development: automatic publishing of scheduled posts and post-publication analytics. The goal is for content to be planned in the panel and go live at the scheduled time without needing a human.
- Dashboard with status cards: scheduled, published, draft, connected channels
- Month-view content calendar — colour-coded status tracking
- Three-step post wizard: platform, content, scheduling
- Live Instagram preview — how it will look, as you write
- Channel management: Instagram, Facebook, X; TikTok/LinkedIn/YouTube coming soon
- Roadmap: automatic publishing engine and analytics
Flow — real screens

05 — In production
The planning layer is running; the automatic publishing engine and analytics are in active development. Once the project matures through internal use, it will be opened up to client projects.
